    IT team is amazing and very professional, it makes a breath of fresh air in the company

    I worked at Lifeplus full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The other CSAs are nice and helpful for the most part

    Cons

    Repetitive tasks, demanding and sometimes impolite associates who think they own the company, expected to do a lot of kissing up to rude people. The company forces everyone to always be in a good mood and if you are not smiling all the time, you get chastised for it. Micromanagment at its worst, must run every single detail by your team leader and quite a few of them seriously lack people skills and leadership qualities. No matter how many times you complain about something, almost nothing ever changes. They just want you to think as less as possible and refrain from using your initiative.

    Great people to work with, friendly customers, great teams, good benefits

    Cons

    Can be selective when it comes to jobs and not using full potential of staff, bring their sick day policy in line with other companies as only 5 days sick leave allowed a year which causes stress for many employees

    - Everybody in the contact center is always willing to help - Attainable targets

    Cons

    - Bad communication sometimes causes customers to get information ahead of customer service reps - Promotions tend to be badly planned and cause upset customers and stress

    Benefits are fabulous, pension scheme good, free supplements, people are so nice, management are approachable and the whole company has an open door policy. Good communication throughout the company.

    None that I have found yet apart from salary could be a tad better, don't you say that for every company you work for though?

    Pros

    Free vitamins and supplements at work. Most people are super friendly and helpful. Good support for training and development.

    Cons

    Lack of direction and strategy from leadership. Plans and focus change constantly. Management appear friendly and supportive, but not always the case. No flexible working, which is suprising for a health and wellbeing company. Can progress if management like you, if not no chance.

    Wide variety of queries, work, etc; friendly colleagues.

    Cons

    Some of the work targets can be unrealistic; There can be issues for colleagues when they need to wait for help from someone with a higher permission level in a certain app before they can finish the request they're dealing with.
