Pros

Coworkers are hardworking but are not paid their worth.

Cons

Not worth the pay for the amount of work. High turnover. I found Valerie to be very superficial and controlling. You

A few things: We have a very open door policy and welcome and encourage all feedback. I have no idea where the idea of me being superfical or controlling is coming from, but I'm open to learning more about why this was said. Also, we pay what the company can afford to support and work hard to to offer additional incentives and perks to compensate our team. I love leading my team and look forward to many more years doing so!

Pros

Great coworkers, good management if they like you, some very nice clients, fun work.

Cons

As an autistic woman I didnt manage to fit into the mold they created-- I managed to pass the facial expression test, which upon research is a screening test for autism. I struggled a lot with this job, didnt fit in with the group, and had some life events that tanked my job performance. I dont blame the company for letting me go, not at all. The group will show you how amazing and wonderful you can be, and my self esteem is still recovering from not being that.

I am sorry this was your experience. Our facial test was created by us, with a psychiatrist, and has nothing to do with Autism. We are very open to feedback and would always love to hear this directly so we can learn from the experience.

Pros

Great co-workers and clients. If you need a job where you can clock in at 9 and out at 5 this will work for you but it is not a company where employees can easily move up or receive pay raises.

Cons

Company was not forthcoming with hourly pay increases. New employees were hired at a higher hourly rate than the current employees they had. A few employees were kept at a lower hourly wage with the promise that they would receive some other compensation like training, commission...but the promises were not fulfilled. Company was not upfront about when to clock in for paperwork and time sheets. If the employee didn't ask about it and didn't clock in they were not paid. No ability to move up in the company. They would NOT give you a raise if they weren't approached about it in person. Most employees were not given pay raises when management was approached and if a pay raise was given there would be a list of qualifying tasks and a contract to sign. Employees had to fight to be adequately paid.

We are so sorry you had this experience. During Covid we didn’t provide raises to anyone, and management took significant pay cuts in order to make sure everyone kept their job. We’ve have always honored the dynamic of open communication and conversation and we are sorry you didn’t feel that you could bring these concerns directly to us. We are a small company and have an open door policy that many take advantage of. We are happy to continue this conversation.
