Pros

Friendly coworkers, pets in the office on Fridays, social work events.

Cons

Upper management can’t seem to get on the same page - ever. Everything is a fight, from decisions on accounts to new hires, it’s a bit ridiculous to the extreme if you ask me. Also, upper management is so disrespectful to not only the people below them in their own departments but to each other. If you’re looking to move up, you need to be a “chosen one” otherwise you will get no where.

Pros

None, just writing more because of the 5 word minimum.

Cons

Low pay, unrealistic expectations and heavy work load. They don't want you to have a voice or your own thought process. Just do your job with no instruction or vision, and don't you dare talk to your peers. Unless you want to get screamed at in front of everyone and humiliated. They have a problem with women having power in the workplace. You should work here if you like being treated like garbage. If you're above average looking and have big boobs- you will probably be treated slightly better than the rest. They expect you to work until midnight- if you do, you will get 0 recognition and will most likely still get scolded.

Toxic Environment with Rampant Harassment

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

On my first day during a design review, Amin Adjmi (CEO) walked into the room and made a joke about how one of my designs reminded him of a sexual act. "Two fingers is always better than one, right guys?" He asked cheeringly. Shortly thereafter, Eddie Mizrahi entered the room in a flustered state. He told Amin that he needed his time immediately, and that he was getting anxious. "Getting anxious?" Amin exclaimed. "Take a *expletive* Xanax!" Amin then walked over to one of the graphic design / packaging design employees and grabbed him by the shoulders. "Look! You're making everyone nervous!" He began to shake the employee. "You've got everyone here *expletive* nervous!" Over the next three years, I witnessed verbal and physical harassments from the likes of Eddie Mizrahi and Amin Adjmi. These two individuals are some of the most out-of-touch and morally bankrupt people I have ever seen in a professional environment. Please stay far away for your own mental and physical wellbeing.
