- Chaos, lack of structure and communication. - Poor leadership. - HR is threatening, they are in the midset of "be thankful you have a job." - Most employees are underpaid. - Multiple businesses merged with no clear vision. Most of the owners of these merged companies are still there and all operate differently. Very challenging to get them on the same page. - Company makes a lot of promises but lacks the follow-through - Rotating door, too much churn and the company isn't addressing the main issue (Toxic environment). - More employees are leaving.

- Some of the worst leadership I've ever seen. This goes from directors to VPs to the CEO, CFO, etc. Everyone underneath is replaceable and just a number on a page. I'd expect this for a huge company, but not one this size. - No product direction. PMs are never decisive and always need to check with the head of product, even on the dumbest stuff. - Product unable to work or compromise with engineering. - HUGE turnover, even by this year's standards. There used to be some great people, but they are all gone. Several employees quit without having jobs lined up, that's a bad sign. - Management seems completely incapable of listening or taking action based on employee feedback.
