Thanks so much for the feedback! Lighthouse takes pride in providing ethical and effective services. It is important to us to provide a work environment that makes everyone feel supported and proud to be a part of this team. Every team member's overall happiness and personal/professional growth are of the utmost importance here!
We do have high expectations as we are focused on providing quality services to every client and providing training and support to each team member to help them grow personally and professionally. We want clinicians to feel very competent and proud of the training, experience, support and supervision while at Lighthouse. While our expectations are high, we strongly encourage work life balance. This topic is covered regularly in trainings, group/individual supervision and through “buddy training” and team outings. To maintain full-time status with Lighthouse, 30 billable hours are required weekly. Team members are able to work more hours if they choose. Lighthouse provides mileage reimbursement and reimburses for all worked time including billable hours, required trainings, supervision and documentation. Community based work is not for everyone. While at Lighthouse, we hope that you learned a lot and received training and experience to help guide you on your career path.
Good experience, supervision opportunities, ability to advance
Cons
Not enough pay for a master’s level clinician, too much unpaid work (no, the “reimbursement for mileage” is not real pay)

Exhausting due to work culture and unreasonable expectations from management.
