Toxic work environment, Mean girls allowed to control workspace despite not having management experience, No room for upward movement, Drove all POC away from positions through bullying, Senior leadership extremely weak and unqualified, Very weak communications from sale despite huge asks and refusal to hire a project manager despite repeatedly being asked, Team WAY too lean to cover workload
