Very Poor People Management.
Have seen and heard more than once management talking about one resource to another (mostly about the shortcomings in the resource).
No value to Technical resources working hard for the company.
Not all resources are treated equally.
Former Director used to speak to the employees and understand their grievances. That culture no longer exists.
No Proactive Training or Mentoring.
Employees leaving the company (for whatever reason it may be) are suddenly treated like traitors. Some were picked to "make an example" out of their situation.
