Pros
Huge array of technology (hardware AND software) you will work with, up to the latest and greatest. Always something new to learn, very high tempo workload at times. Get to work all aspects you are willing to take on, upper management is very accessible and friendly. Very little red tape, if you can prove the value of whatever you want to incorporate -and own it-, upper management is willing to try. Great coworkers, fun place to work.
Cons
High learning curve. You'll be helped with basics but you must be self motivated to learn. Some cases, you'll need to figure it out on your own because it's a new setup entirely. (Can also be considered a pro) Can get chaotic when optempo gets high. If you want to move up, you are your own advocate. It isn't intentional, though things get really busy so you can easily get stuck in your current position unless you push.
