If you are okay with your opinion not being heard or okay with just doing what they say then please go for it
Cons
Nobody cares about the users. People are building features based on their intuition and based on what they feel is good for the users with no user research. Also, I was not paid for my last 10 days at work because I left the job during my probation period without serving my notice period(which was not mentioned in the offer letter)
