      It could have been better, way better

      Pros

      Office management, location, team outings and events are good. There is this “start-up” spirit, many people are searching for. You are considered a part of the family( there are some cons to that)

      Cons

      Some representatives of higher management are not treating employees with dignity and respect, lack of people to deliver the product.

      The people, during the period I worked, were very receptive and with a huge dedication and affection towards the product

      Cons

      the company's processes are confusing, there is no rule about its performance and in the end there were some layoffs that were made in distant periods so as not to appear that there was a layoff.

      Pros

      Some of the greatest colleagues in my career, unfortunately many no longer with company due to leaving on own or many rounds of layoffs.

      Cons

      Once a great place to work that has been tarnished by lies and poor management. Countless avoidable decisions by inexperienced C level leading to third round of great people being let go after being told multiple times no more lay offs. Be VERY AWARE to join this company as non danish employee. It is said everyone is treated equal but that is not the case. If you join, join with no expectation and guard up with anything you are told.You must look out for yourself.
