Linktree is undoubtedly one of the best companies I have worked for. It has been close to 5 months and my journey has been very full-filling with lots of learnings and exposure. It offers an opportunity to work alongside some super talented folks. Management here are approachable, empathetic and growth driven. Benefits and work culture is far better than most of the market leaders and the company constantly promotes inclusivity , diversity and an ideal work life balance. With new 6k AUS flex benefits, it offers flexibility to employees to prioritize things they want to do. Overall it has been a beautiful experience and I am looking forward to a great career here.
