Pros

-The majority of the people that you work day to day with -Modern office -Can take your Dog into the office -The products

Cons

-Anyone who helped grow the business is severely underpaid vs the market and new external hires -Pay rises are non-existent -Appalling senior management left to play out for over a year resulting in a number of high performing colleagues leaving -HR enable bad managers and behaviours by not listening to feedback, or doing anything about it. Then wonder why people are unhappy and leave -They expect you to do the work of 2 people or of more seniority but your pay won’t reflect this -Constantly make people redundant and make everyone left pick up the work. All without support from managers -People promoted or given roles who are under qualified/not experienced. Because they are not supported or trained, it causes frustration by having to work with their incompetence. -Since being acquired, the culture has gone rapidly downhill and the majority of people left are overworked and fed up -The old CEO was great and cared about the people whilst always being friendly and approachable. The new one treats you like a ghost

Pros

The products themselves are decent, and there are a few individuals within the company who genuinely try to do good work

Cons

* My experience was overwhelmingly negative. I was repeatedly thrown into complex tasks with no real support, clear direction, or proper resources. When issues arose, I was singled out and held to standards that other colleagues were not. Mistakes made by others were overlooked, but mine were treated as personal failings. * No room for growth or grace either. Any "improvement plans" set in place by management were extremely short and felt punitive rather than developmental as there was little time given or any genuine opportunity provided to demonstrate progress. Follow up meetings lacked any real intention to support employee growth either. * There also appears to be a troubling pattern of discrimination against women. During my time there, a few female employees were made redundant in a short period, raising serious concerns about fairness and bias within the organisation

Pros

The company does have genuinely good benefits, and a nice office space. Employees clearly care about the company mission

Cons

Since being taken over by a larger company, things have been stripped back a lot. People clearly are no longer as happy as they once were unfortunately.
