      There is a lot of growth for the uper management relatives here, even if they do not work, there is no growth for outsiders. there is too much nepotism, especially in india site

      Cons

      1. Management don`t care about employee's. 2. Uppermanagement treated employee as slave, they dont have any road map plan for the employee and this guys are hiring like hell even they dont have work to put on. 3. Please Please Please don't join this company guys. 4. No good work, gives falls commitments. 5. If you don't have relation , They will Fire any time.
