I worked at Lionbridge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1) They have good celebration days.
    2) Canteen food is good.
    3) Flexibility in work.
    4) Flexibility in work timings.

    Cons

They don't have proper management. Once you join LB you will hardly find any motivating or growth factor. Senior employees are only interested in dumping their work responsibilities on juniors and pressurising them unnecessarily. You hardly get anytime to understand the nature of work that you are doing besides the management including the HR and your team leaders or project leaders are hardly intersted in helping you with the problems.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be more approachable and proactive.
