1.Increment in every two year not fixed in April they provide in October - November month. 2.HR always Lie about increment they said next month but this not happen. 3.Management is not good 4.Middle management is Worst. 5.Timing is not fixed 6. when Joined HR said its 5 days week but You need to work 6 days in a week otherwise they create a pressure on you to work on Saturday 7.Uper layer have a lack of knowledge.
