Management is very arrogant and does not take or listen to any advice. Make promises but don't deliver. Fire employees without any notice and on top of that, the CEO and the two other owners don't sit in on that last meeting or even say thank you for your time. It's terrible how the management treats you; the CEO, the co-owner, and the third minority owner.

Poor execution. Bad management that poorly allocated funding, and to every which way other than employees. Claim to be a transparent, close-knit company but will turn around and conduct massive layoffs because they haven’t met the numbers promised to investors—with no warning or explanation. A weaselly CEO who can’t recognize his own faults and thinks pizza Fridays will cure everything. They are so hell-bent on expanding quickly that it comes at the expense of employees. Work here if you like to be stressed out for a little compensation.
