Not sure where to start from, think of it as a state of utter disorder, the more they attempt to fix ( by doing more meetings!) , the more they end up messing it up. New so called global organization structure which they say they worked on for months(!)and supposedly hired expensive consultants, has left everyone in their own world, in cocoons. No one know what is happening on ground, seems employees are forgotten and last priority but someone in HR finished their project of Re org and so must have got a fat bonus. Exits are everywhere due to dissatisfaction, speak to acquired companies employees who are left to a corner to themselves. You are made to report to someone 12 hours away who has no knowledge of your past work or competent to lead your team. They have an answer to everything and it is - This company is not for everyone or we are having pains of growing company,. Can someone tell them, they are not the only one's that are growing. Look around and everyone is growing, just that they don't know how to grow while being considerate to their employees. Growth is not progress to employees here. Have seen blame thrown downwards in meetings and poor guy working on the ground gets hit for no fault. Same if you ask straight questions. Ask for their Employee NPS before joining and you may do yourself a favor.
