      The pros for working for this company: Flexible work schedule, remote, decent PTO, and great colleagues.

      Cons

      The cons are: High turnover, layoffs due to decrease in incoming projects, no merit raises because of the decrease in company’s financial performance, and the health insurance was expensive.
