The company is rejecting paying salary each month. They are delaying salaries by 2-3 month. Getting your salary - it's a separate job, where you need writing to a lot of people, every day. But even like that they are not paying it in time. They are very strict with their rules, they want you to track time in several applications each day, on top of the Upwork screen Tracker, adding comments for each 10 minutes. And on the other hand they do not putt any effort in paying you salary. It's the worst experience in my life working with this agency.

None last few years. They only getting worse.

Cons

They don't pay the money to their employees. The average salary delay is 3-4 months. And when you quit, all the debts are not paid. They promise to pay at least 0.5 of your monthly salary every month and they don't keep it. That means that with a debt of 3 months, they will pay it for half a year! You need to constantly write and remind them about your money so that they "don't forget" to transfer the promised debt. And even then: they promise to pay you and don't pay at the end. Stay away from this company! BTW: they don't hesitate to collaborate with russians.
