This is one of the most unprofessional and toxic workplaces I have experienced. There is daily mental harassment, frequent abusive and disrespectful language, and absolutely no professional way of talking to employees. Salaries are never paid on time and there is constant pressure to work despite pending dues. Management keeps giving excuses instead of clearing payments. There is no work–life balance—employees are expected to be available at all hours without any consideration. After resignation, dues were delayed indefinitely, responsibilities were falsely questioned, and relieving and experience letters were withheld, creating unnecessary stress and career damage. Verbal promises mean nothing here. Overall, this company shows zero respect for employees’ mental health, time, or careers.
