Pros

- Good work culture if you're working with US team. - Decent compensation - Good work life balance

Cons

- Feels like the overall company is in self destruction mode and taking its last breathes - No benefits in India team compared to APAC and US teams, only benefit is WFH setup allowance which is 30k which is $750 for APAC. There are no other benefits - Bad leave policy - Overall company looks pretty good on paper but there is hardly anything there for India teams - Any small change requires months long timelines from HR. Too rigid policies and too many rules. - I wouldn't recommend joining India based teams.

Pros

Had good people and leaders last year, looked promising but not anymore. In survival mode currently.

Cons

Highly political Gossip culture getting driven by US and few local managers To survive you need to learn how to play politics Don’t give any opinion but quietly work, find something good and leave. Employees are treated as slaves and our US managers treat us badly. Local managers have not much knowledge or experience and they agree on everything to save their own jobs. Biased and high regionalism No motivation.
