Pros
Work is interesting and it's fun working on something in the consumer market.
Cons
Management at this company is poor at best. Directors are treated like they are technical experts, when in fact they are lacking in knowledge of modern technologies. Management is barely capable of understanding the technology that they are managing and very little attempt is made to foster good engineering skills. There is little to no work-life balance and the pay is average at the very best. Yearly bonus is up to 15%, but watch that go away with the new owners.
