- Although niche, but nice technology - Good place for start for a career springboard, but a boring place for people who want more than a job - Nice salaries and benefits - Flexible working hours
Cons
- Israeli company - that says a lot! - Most of the people are so-called engineers, most of them worked in very different environments and have nothing to do with technical - Management is based on "bring all your best friends and lack basic understanding of the products" - I consider it a "momentum" company, whilst technology is trending, but company has no long-term plans about it - Very unorganized, due to bad management, long hours sometimes without seeing a benefit with what you are doing - Company has few "virtual offices" in various cheap countries like Romania and India, with quality engineers, doing mostly donkey work. All company management and decisions are being done in Israel.
