Pros

Free schedule, boss doesn't bother you.

Cons

Per-minute rate could be a little more attractive. Some days the call flow is not so good.

Pros

Working at this company has been a blessing. The opportunity to work remotely from my home country has allowed me to make ends meet and continue my studies. We have been trained to provide the highest quality service possible. My manager is an exceptional individual with great empathy and has managed the business very intelligently. It is surprising that in the market, many new businesses in the interpretation industry offer exploitative jobs with miserable salaries and poor platforms. However, unlike these undesirable mercenaries of the interpretation service, Interprepedia has earned my respect and I am eager to continue growing and improving to provide my services to the company. I love the flexibility and well-run nature of the company. Thank you

Cons

Payment might not be immediate and could be delayed. Otherwise, the drawbacks are the same as any other interpretation company, (at least for me...)

Pros

-A lot of flexibility regarding work hours. You can take breaks when you need them or work extra hours (not considered overtime) as you see fit. -Very diligent with payment. -Protocols are helpful and not unduly restrictive or bothersome. -Platform is intuitive and easy to use. -You can use your own equipment and devices freely, as opposed to other companies that demand the use of cumbersome systems that make working more difficult.

Cons

-You get paid by the minute according to the time you spend in phone calls, which is completely fair, but it makes your income depend heavily on how busy the line is, and sometimes there were very large gaps between calls. -Barrier of entry can be a little high for pepole with no previous experience in OTP interpretation, since the training here is very brief and to the point. You're almost expected to know the ropes.
