      No respect for Old employees. Politics is everywhere

      No pros so far . You can give 1 year to this company.

      There is so much internal politics and biased culture. No respect for old employees After giving more than 3 year suddenly got fired in the name of cost cutting . Moreover you will get fire before variable pay disbursement.

      Please don't believe previous comments which is highly rated here. You would not grow here if you join and don't even expect a work life balance if you join. Politics is high and company will not grow. Please check the google ratings for more proof.

      No pros. I wish I could give negative marks.

      Cons

      They deduct your whole months salary, even you have not any fault, Worst management. Management doesn't see a problem and has a stupid justification to every mistake they make.No job security, No KRA, any time you could be kicked out.
