      - Working hours are good

      Cons

      - The females in this company on top position are very catty, thus making the environment of the company very negative. - The salary offered by the company is very low. - Manipulative HRs - No career growth - High Attrition rate, you will see employees leaving the organisation all the time. - The so called benefits of the company are so less, but they exaggerate it so much and try to make it seem like an irresistible offer. - Trainers need to be improve their skill as at times they aren't able to solve queries.

      You just get to leave on time.

      Cons

      Job insecurity! They can fire you anytime. No benefits. Directors are just pathetic! They don't treat their employees well. They will micromanage their employees. Don't pay well. Attrition rate is too high. Fire the employees right left and center. Even managers and team leader gets fired. Unsupportive team leader and directors.

      Worst company ever

      No pros at all that i can think.

      Cons

      Forcefully calls to work in office in the pandemic. Doesnt comply to government norms. Complete dictatorship by the directors. Directors bully around all the employees No leaders only boss culture. Very heavy attrition rate. People dont stay here for long (especially the SEO/SEM department). 50k deposit bond for 1.5 years and 1 lakh deposit for laptops and equipments. You will face very difficult time to find another job after getting out from here. Directors are inhumans. Even if its raining or there is a pandemic outside you have to come to office. Advice to everyone - please only join if you have no other job in hand
