      Pros

      Awesome tech team. HR is good but unresponsive sometimes. CEO is awesome. You get a lot of experience since it's a smaller company.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Each project runs for many months and worked on by many engineers. Every single engineer who was present when i joined, had left the company. Need to fight for time to finish projects and appraisals. Gave me a lot of sleepless nights with horrible planning and deadlines.

      Some great engineers on staff - great client delivery,

      Cons

      No clue how to treat people or how to run a business. Management known to scream and yell at associates. Company has no values and is not philanthropic at all. Doesn't realize what it takes to grow a business successfully. There are no systems in place. Each day brings a new direction.

      - Introduced work from home during the pandemic. - Solid engineers

      Cons

      - Horrible work life balance - Horrible, very detached leadership that seemed to thrive off of talking down to employees - Company had lack of structure( IT firm with no domain?) - Not up to speed with modern MSP practices - Complete lack of proper escalation channels - Benefits package not as good as advertised - Lack of growth opportunity
