      Sat & Sun Off Flexible timing Leave is equal as cement plant apart from guested holiday. (More leave)

      Learning and training is less People understand you as you are expert Politics Growth is less No extra curricular activities, no canteen, no sports, Management is money minded. Same work doing person, one is on higher post with good salary, an in same department with same work have lower salary and less designation.
