Cons

Management, management, management. They are incompetent and throw their employees under the bus to save their own skin. Some of the managers there are not knowledgeable enough to be in the position they are. Many promises made and then broken.

Great benefits. Great food and wonderful people to work with.

Don't work here! Very "clicky" and very closed-mind to new ideas. Leadership is MICRO-managing. They are very selective and have favorites. HR is very non-supportive. Senior leadership is so far removed and clueless about what really happens in the trenches. I hope that you never will have a negative experience and have your boss tells you that you are worthless, because it was your idea for change -- then takes credit for your ideas. It's the good 'ol girls club!!
