Extremely long working hours (12–13 hours daily) with very low pay. Unrealistic deadlines and constant pressure from management. Salaries are often delayed or paid in parts. The company claims to be U.S.-based but only hires people in Pakistan for back-office work — there are no actual U.S. employees. There have been serious concerns about unethical and possibly fraudulent practices, including submitting fake documents for funding and not paying people in the U.S.

Sometimes project deadlines can feel unrealistic. Workload spikes during client deliverables can be stressful. Internal processes can be a bit slow at times. Career progression opportunities could be more structured. Limited recognition programs for consistent performers.
