      * Flexible timings * Good work life balance. * Good perks. * Nice people at lower and mid level. * Permanent remote work.

      * Gives more focus to new employees rather than giving respect to the employees who have done a lot for them in past. * Disloyaloty with old employees.

      1. Excellent working culture. 2. Good benefits. 3. Supportive people. 4. Working environment is awesome . 5. Flexible hours of working.

      1. Management needs to be bit strict. 2. Wasting money on unused resource rather than giving more benefits to hard working staffs. 3. Heavily biased with few people regardless of their work.

      Pros

      I was working at their Logically Facts wing. Only pro was that it was remote work.

      Cons

      Nothing worked. Managers were not competent. Everyone seemed clueless of what, why, and where is the company going. Worst pay for a UK based organisation.
