Just for the sake of clarity when it comes to the education reimbursement program, we have actually improved the benefit over a year ago so that a employee becomes eligible for this benefit after 6 months. Prior to the change the policy was sent to 1 year of service before being in eligible. Our employees also would only have to repay if they were let go for cause or voluntarily resigned.
