Awesome company to get paid without working

I am still employed with them! There are lot's of pro's. A great Management team who has no clue how businesses work. Very relaxed environment. No tracking Process on international teams. Maybe they swipe in morning go back home swipe out at evening and if something is incomplete, just blame their juniors on performance. Looks like the founder has made some 8-9 CEO's for one company but if you are good at politics and blame game like me , then it's awesome to get paid for free.

No con's at all. Come join the fun until it has money to burn!!!

0.On paper they are giving more salary but not in hand.(Be careful) 1.Seniors does not communicate with you face to face much, they only email you with things you shouldn't be doing" (in 7 reviews)

From IT dev team 1. No bonus 2. No top up in health insurance 3. On Diwali 1000 rupees gift 4. Only 5 leave encashed when you leave 5. If you work on weekends they will not give added 6. salary only extra leave which requires n approval. 7. Torture in notice period . 8. Micro management in the name of process. 9. You have to mention what you doing in channel The vice president and other sticky people comment why.... 10. Exceptsalary dont expect anything. 11. Via restructuring lay off occur 12. 0 compensation
