No Commitment Policy, Fire at will employer, Bad Retention Strategy, Employee Harassment

Completely unprofessional and dictating atmosphere. No respect to employees/people really working. Many employees especially the ones joined at senior level are leaving/absconding because of this unprofessional behaviour and specially the HR . CEO always peeps nose in every matter. HR needs to be a human first rather a sensible human being. HR has no respect for himself and others. HR should think twice before calling the female candidates for interviews post 9:00 PM only. HR should first behave themselves rather than teaching behavioral skills to others. HR has no respect within the company, even the freshers starts not taking him seriously within a week or two of their joining. Snacks are provided as if some relief is provided in flood affected area. Every evening resulting in real chaos. Tea/Coffee is restricted to time. TT table is restricted for not to be used till 5:00 PM hen actually all the client calls starts. TT balls have to be purchased by employees if u want to play and HR can only help in pushing everyone to contribute.
