Pros

There honestly were not many pros. Decent base salary and you can manage territory how you want to as they have no idea what they are doing.

Cons

Upper management is in constant turmoil from corporate because they can't meet their wound care numbers. They have turned many good people over as scapegoats. Commissions are very low and they cap mileage forcing people to pay expenses out of pocket due to the amount of driving needed to cover a large territory. Installed CRM and have no idea how to use as a tool, rather they use it to create more work and appease parent company. Senior management of the company are very threatening and treats sales staff as commodity and "dime a dozen." All decisions are done on emotion and not logic or reason.

Pros

Descent base salary for 2nd wave of Advanced Clinical Specialists (ACS)

Cons

I can't believe these guys don't have any other reviews considering they have turned over a few full sales teams (including management) in less than four years. Place reminds me of the movie “Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitters Dead.” You'll barely make $100K here, which was not a pro for me and others considering we resigned from prior jobs making more money, but were told we'd make $150K here because their flagship product was “flying off the shelves.” It’s definitely not as four years after the initial product launch; they celebrate order sizes for less dollars than in my personal checking account. I believe their advanced wound care team will not be around or significantly reduced/consolidated (already piloting this consolidation) in 2019, which will be a telling year for them as a company. There is very poor transparency, trust and communication from senior management. Huge distrust amongst reps towards management for good reason. Everyone is looking for a new gig. Team calls and meetings are embarrassing and a waste of time. Reps text during them about how pointless they are and need to find another job. The only thing that keeps people here is that it is a super easy job for the pay. Call it complacency. L&R basically hung their hats on one wound care product, which has not taken off no matter how much money they throw at clinical studies to differentiate it from traditional gauze. Speakers for the product don’t even purchase in their own practices due to cost and lack of need. The flagship product is priced so high, it is not sustainable for a department to buy repeatedly or even once. No new real product launches coming which is concerning. Plan changes constantly because they are desperate to find something that works.
