Pros

Very cool and creative young team trying to bring analogue camera back to life.

Cons

Always lacking money, no real long term vision , management just talks and smokes and the whole organisation does not value employees who are professional and loyal. These people get either fired or made redundant. Also hiring employees from abroad working in Austria but employment contract based on being in their home country. No problem in this till when you get redundant and cannot get local country support because you did not pay into the local tax system. Also no real benefits other than a camera from them!

Pros

I got the opportunity to write and edit content for their online magazine as well as arrange photos for layout on their site. I also met some really amazing artists. I also got to take pictures with one of their new camera prototypes.

Cons

I had to do a lot of grunt-work like making spread-sheets and doing marketing research.

Pros

I have met some of the coolest and most talented people while working at this company. Definitely a great place to learn while doing.

Cons

Those cool and talented people don't last long once they figure out that there is no structure in place and that the employees are not valued. Not a lot of room for growth in the company and the pay structure is low for the amount of work done and not equal among employees. They are often reactive instead of proactive about campaigns and how money is spent.
