Thank you so much for taking the time to share this - it really means a lot. We’ve always aimed to build a business where people can take real ownership, learn quickly and feel supported as they grow, so it’s great to hear that reflected in your experience. Wishing you all the best in what’s next, and hopefully our paths cross again in the future.

Pros

I have been working at Lone Design Club for sometime now and it’s genuinely a unique place to be, especially if you are interested in the future or retail. It’s a fast paced environment and you are given a lot of responsibility early on, which means you learn quickly and gain exposure to many areas of the business. No two days are the same particularly with the mix of retail, brands, events and partnerships. The team is very collaborative and you work closely with leadership which gives you a real understanding of how the business is growing and evolving. It’s not a corporate environment so you need to be proactive and comfortable with change and if you are it’s a great place to develop and be part of something that’s building

Cons

Small Company so sometimes you have to do things that are outside your remit - but that leads to wider experience

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re glad your experience reflects the fast-paced, hands-on environment we aim to create. As a growing business, giving people real responsibility and exposure is a core part of how we develop talent and build the company together. We appreciate your contribution over the past few years and the role you’ve played in shaping Lone Design Club as it evolves.
