Discounts and commission are very good here but not enough to make you forget how badly you are treated by store manager!

Cons

Store managers have no DM or RM to report so they run wild! Manager takes 3 hour lunches after arriving late everyday causing the store to open late! Manager is more interested in personal life than success of store or well being of rest of staff. The store staff is constantly picking up the slack left by the store manager while expected to meet sales goals!

Most of the people who work there are genuinely nice people who are just trying to make sense of the nonsense put in front of them.

Cons

The company is a disjointed mess, with no clear direction of where they are going or who they want to be. They spend a great deal of time Beating you over the head to do things the "Longchamp" way, while never actually HAVING a "way". Operations is a mess. The stores are poorly thought out, if at all. They have no real understanding of market research, marketing, or design. And most suggestions are disregarded.
