Pros
- A warm and welcoming office. - Efficient, determined and positive employees. - Diversity and inclusivity!! - Excellent work environment - choice of sitting at your desk, hanging out at the kitchen table or relaxing in a beanbag. - Lots of team building opportunities. - Shared kitchen with full snack cupboards and an excellent coffee machine. - Ability to work from home once a week if needed. - Dog-friendly (arguably the best part).
Cons
- Department to department communication WAS slow but has improved tremendously - so you can say it was a con turning into a pro.
