A really collaborative environment working with people who genuinely care about the outcomes.
Really flexible for family life and great conditions with option to work remote or in the offices which are lovely.
All the brand new tech needed to do the job.
Never thought I’d one day be a technical recruiter but it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I have full control of how I want to spend my day and the kind of work I do. It’s a very flexible work environment and I love the 4-day work week we get.
I love all my colleagues: everyone is intelligent, supportive, thoughtful and brings their own unique work and life experience to the role. Even when the day gets tough (cos hiring is hard work), I get the full support of the team and they make me love going to work everyday.
The company is very generous. We get good budget for learning & development, as well as for equipments / hardware like phone and laptop etc. We’ve also been pretty spoiled with some very special team lunches and dinners.
Cons
Recruitment is hard work. The job comes with a lot of ups and downs, and at times it can be quite stressful. The support I get from my manager and colleagues does help in those stressful times.
