The company is split into many different divisions which make it feel like a load different companies with very little inter divisional communication. Smaller sites are ran on thread bare staff levels from top to bottom and are still compared to the much bigger and better staffed large sites.

Don’t believe all of the picture perfect reviews on Glassdoor. They are largely manufactured by HR pushing people to the site following training and induction courses, when they have barely joined the business and can’t give a balanced view. This is how the company achieved 200 positive reviews and a „great company to work for accolade“. The same HR team completely ignores the stance and feedback of about 2,000 colleagues leaving the business each year due to low morale, poor job satisfaction, disengaged senior team and lots of redundancies. Like in most companies it’s not all bad and neither is it as good as portrayed here. If you want more balanced feedback, check out the company reviews on indeed.
