The company sent an email to all employees stating that there would be a reduction in force, and that affected individuals would be notified shortly. This left everyone in a state of anxiety, constantly checking their emails to see if they had been let go. The result was an entire day filled with stress and uncertainty. By the end of it, employees either lost their jobs or remained with a deeply unsettling experience.
