The market opportunity is great.

Cons

The culture was toxic, the founders think they’re gods gift, they lie to investors and employees, and they mismanaged company funds to the point where they essentially had to fire everybody.

Genuinely happy!

Pros

It's a daily pleasure working with an incredibly smart group of people so genuinely happy with the company and each other. I've never worked anywhere else that offered such an open line of communication to management, including C-level, and genuinely keeps the best interest of employees at heart. I also love the flexible time off.

Cons

Initially, it was a bit challenging to have everyone so decentralized but the new headquarters has helped tremendously in relieving most related issues.
