      Don’t waste your time and energy with this company. Very bad leadership

      Pros

      Recruiters are good but they have to handle leadership’s unexpected expectations. I found Founder being good & sensitive person though.

      Cons

      They take 5 rounds of interviews and still not sure whom to hire. They hire you and based on their unexpected expectations fire you within a probation time. If you are lucky you would get fired within a month. Cheers ! They don’t tell that you have to work in EST time (that’s plan from the leadership and not the recruiters) and after joining management tells you that you have to work in EST time. Very poor and biased leadership. I found leadership as narrow minded and very selfish.

      good company with challanging opportunity

      - joined 2 years back, gave lot of growth and learning opportunity - travel opportunity, interacted with cross functional tech team - very agile setup - challenging role, with learning. - bonus, stocks, incentives, benefits and best team to work with.

      as of now, havent faced anything.
