None that I can think of, other than being paid on time.

Cons

Worst project management I've ever experienced. Don't bother trying to make friends with anyone because it will be seen as incompetence. Unrealistic expectations of deadlines with absolutely no support or management. Low wages. They will use you for a project under the pretense that you have a full time position, and then terminate you once that project is complete or near complete. Terrible parking.

- No late nights - Great creative director - Not a clock-punching kind of place, good work/life balance

Cons

- Extremely dishonest, cheap, petty owner with a history of screwing over workers - High school politics - No team atmosphere & company culture - Crappy benefits, expensive health insurance - Big revolving door
