Pros

We have great learning opportunities and a creative team to work with. People are very helpful in cases of problems and confusion. We have flexible working hours, which helps to create a work-life balance. This is the perfect place to work for people who have a passion for creating interactive learning content.

Cons

The deadlines can become a little hectic sometimes, but they also push us to give our best.

Pros

Work on bleeding edge tech. Compared to large corporates, the skills you can develop in a relatively short timeframe is a lot. Professors and Lecturers using Lrnr courses have rated them 5 stars. Flat hierarchy, easy to share ideas, get credit for work. Daily and weekly team meetings help collaboration. Founders are transparent.

Cons

Meant for above-average intelligence people who can work hard. Startups are not meant for guys who want work-life balance. Lack of formal HR makes it hard to communicate freely. I dont blame them, they are still a small team. Slackers pay a price. Lol.
