Workload- This is a variable term, the workload can be thrice for a less experienced person than it can be for an experienced individual. People at Lucid should understand this and provide proper training before throwing work at people, but they did the reverse thing, put people in difficult shifts and expect them to learn from the work. This does not work every individual and there are performance issues.
Favoritism: Best part, seniors are fond of picking favorites and that is based on mixed criteria, the quality of work you, falling in line with their thoughts, if you do cigarette breaks with them, if you share the snack you ordered with them and much more, an individual who is performing well is sometimes sidelined because of this.
Compensation: It is ok, but not good. If you are working for more than 12 hours and then getting paid the same as your teammate who is chilling and working only for 8 hours while enjoying favoritism, and then during the appraisals you are again not given hike as per your efforts, then the senior management really needs to work on the budget aspects.
Time Off and the HR team who takes care of all these things: The HR team is worst, they won't let you discuss the hike, it is always pre-decided and tight. For some teams, if have taken time off and some other person had to cover for you, then you have to work on the weekend when the person you covered is on leave and then your leaves keep accumulating, get exhausted when the calendar changes.
The IT guys are worthless, and they are there for recreational activities, decorating the office and Friday Fun only.
The office location is remote, so make sure either have personal conveyance or company is providing cab facility, otherwise it is daunting during night shifts and costly during day shifts.
