Pros

Lunch and Dinner facility Cab facility

Cons

You can't trust new company like Lucid because they can terminate you at anytime whether you are performing great. So think and ask from former employees(Search on linkedin about this company's employees) of this company before joining.

Pros

Opportunities for Growth if you work honestly and smartly. Good pay as per market standard and work-life balance are nice.

Cons

Immature managers sit in some teams with less experience and low management skills with high EGO and make bad decisions. Beware of internal politics as they don't care if you are a 1-year-old or 4-year-old employee or if you are performing well. They will make the decision as per their understanding and you don't have any say in that.

Pros

If you are eager to learn, you can learn ton of new things since they do use couple of good tools. Career growth was good till the time they were in startup mode, you can get a promotion in less than a year if there is a need, they don't care if the person is ready for the promotion(internal politics play an important role when someone is promoted, it is a small company after all). But if you wish to join Market Research Industry this "WAS" one of the organisations you can start with and if you had the zeal to learn, get yourself armored and switch after 18+ months or after a promotion + 3 months and Earn better amount somewhere else. Food and Cab Facility were there for 6 months, before the pandemic hit. Maybe management is interested in cost cutting wherever possible now. Couple of folks are really good, they want you to learn and grow, always available to help and support the peers.

Cons

Workload- This is a variable term, the workload can be thrice for a less experienced person than it can be for an experienced individual. People at Lucid should understand this and provide proper training before throwing work at people, but they did the reverse thing, put people in difficult shifts and expect them to learn from the work. This does not work every individual and there are performance issues. Favoritism: Best part, seniors are fond of picking favorites and that is based on mixed criteria, the quality of work you, falling in line with their thoughts, if you do cigarette breaks with them, if you share the snack you ordered with them and much more, an individual who is performing well is sometimes sidelined because of this. Compensation: It is ok, but not good. If you are working for more than 12 hours and then getting paid the same as your teammate who is chilling and working only for 8 hours while enjoying favoritism, and then during the appraisals you are again not given hike as per your efforts, then the senior management really needs to work on the budget aspects. Time Off and the HR team who takes care of all these things: The HR team is worst, they won't let you discuss the hike, it is always pre-decided and tight. For some teams, if have taken time off and some other person had to cover for you, then you have to work on the weekend when the person you covered is on leave and then your leaves keep accumulating, get exhausted when the calendar changes. The IT guys are worthless, and they are there for recreational activities, decorating the office and Friday Fun only. The office location is remote, so make sure either have personal conveyance or company is providing cab facility, otherwise it is daunting during night shifts and costly during day shifts.
