Pros

-Everyone is genuinely nice and collaborative -Flexible work hours, there's an inherent trust in your work ethic -I've never worked in a company where everyone is so easily accessible -They place a lot of importance on employee satisfaction - Supportive learning about the products and sectors around them

Cons

There are a few teething problems in terms of organizing processes, which is to be expected for a startup. It also means Lucinity is quickly adaptive to change. During my interviews, my manager-to-be wasn't shy about a steep learning curve, if you don't have a background in AML it definitely can be.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. An onboarding folder with relevant information for new Lucinians is a great idea and I'm happy to report that it's something we're already working on.

Pros

Lovely and smart people, great atmosphere, emphasis on diversity and equality, great food.

Cons

Open office with not enough meeting/headspace rooms. Not a lot emphasis on re-educating employees (like sending them on seminars, conferences etc)

Pros

I have genuinely never experienced a company so hell bent on building a good business on good culture. From the very first interview to the day-to-day, Lucinity continues to impress. "Company culture" is not just a buzzword or a checkbox, but an integral part of the business that serves as the true foundation for everything, be it product or marketing -- or just plain being an employee. Honest, open, and immediate communication in every area, topped with a management team who recognize culture (especially in a growth company) is a perpetual work-in-progress. They measure and report wins and losses alike, and keep searching for solutions for challenges.

Cons

The learning curve, due to the industry and market positioning, can be steep. And as a dynamically growing company, time is at a premium which can lead to feelings of being overwhelmed. But, and it is important to note, progress is made every day to make the onboarding experience smoother.
