Pros

It's a paycheck. Better than working at McDonald's.

Cons

The layoffs in October have left many of us feeling uncertain about the company's future. Management has not been very transparent or communicative since then. There are also concerns about fairness - some employees seem to be getting special perks like luxury vehicles and apartment expenses paid, while most of us struggle with below-average pay and disappearing overtime. This company had a lot of potential not long ago. The unlimited overtime helped make up for the low starting salaries. Morale was better when we felt our extra effort was rewarded with bonuses. Now there's no incentive, and it's hard not to feel discouraged. I believe Luck Grove can bounce back if leadership addresses these issues openly and makes fair, ethical choices. With better communication and accountability, we can rebuild the strong team spirit that attracted many of us here in the first place. The skills and dedication of the staff are still Luck Grove's greatest assets. Investing in us is the wisest path forward.

Luck Grove appreciates the input of all members of the team. In its effort to continue to grow, Luck Grove will be implementing new programs to show its appreciation to employees of all levels. All suggestions are welcome and should be directed to the Director of Communications.

Pros

Pay was decent starting out. Generally relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Some flexibility to work from home and flexibility with hours to work around kids, appointments, etc.

Cons

Constant changing policies - from unlimited overtime and bonuses and paid lunch to none of those. Some people in leadership positions have little to no knowledge about the software or other operations and rely on those below them to figure things out. Certain people get perks and others don't.

Awful place to work

Pros

Since moving to the new office, parking is free.

Cons

The management here despises the people under them. Always lying to try and make us stay here while never providing any real benefits to get us to stay. Every person I know here is looking for a different job to avoid the inevitable crumble of this company due to the terrible management all the way up. "Performance-based" raises where even the top performers got nothing. This company has fallen so far from what it once was due to terrible practices and not even trying to retain their best employees.
