Poor communication between management as well as with employees.
When you ask a question not one manager will give you the same answer as another.
And when asking how to do something the way the company wants it done or ask about rules none of them will give you the same answer as another one either.
They are a hot mess 24/7 to put it lightly, no one's on the same page. Ever.
